Shadex may link you to social media or other features or services (including websites, plug-ins and widgets) provided by third parties. Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by any third-party websites, services or applications accessed through our Services, or to information collected by companies and organizations that advertise their services on Shadex. We are not responsible for any third party's use of any information you provide to them.
2.1 In order to provide you with Shadex's services, we will access, collect, store and use the following information about you:
· Information you provide to us when you open a Shadex account, including your account name, gender, date of birth, age, social media account information (profile photo, gender, etc.), any tags you post about yourself;
Any information visible to other Shadex users contained in your Shadex profile, or any information you provide to us through your use of Shadex, which may include information such as your photo, educational background, city or region;
· Information about your and others' use of and interaction with the Services and our applications, including usage by geographic location, device and connection information, IP address, device capabilities, bandwidth, page viewing statistics, and network type;
· Information we collect when you use Shadex may include:
✓ Technical information, such as your mobile carrier information, configuration information provided by other programs you use to access Shadex, your IP address, your location/country/region/time zone, your device model and identification number, user settings and operating system; and Your likes and dislikes of "Shadex".
2.2 Special Notes on Sensitive Personal Information
In order to provide certain features, such as online video calls, we need to access your microphone, camera or location with your consent, as follows:
1) Microphone: We will access the microphone on your device with your consent to record audio information and transmit sound during video calls.
2) Camera: We access the camera on your device (with your consent), take pictures of your profile, and transmit images in real time during video calls.
3) Location: We display your current location on your profile page (with your consent) to provide you with a personalized and optimized experience.
By using Shadex, you agree that all sensitive personal information will be processed for the purposes and in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.
Please note that we will not use your sensitive personal information for direct marketing purposes unless we have your consent.
2.3 Special Notes on Children's Information
Shadex's services are not intended for persons under the age of 18. Therefore, we do not intentionally collect personal information from any data subject under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a data subject under the age of 18, we will take steps to delete such information from our archives as soon as possible.
3.1 Use
We may use your information for any of the following purposes:
Provide services to you (including services we currently provide through Shadex and services we will provide through Shadex in the future);

Respond to inquiries to provide Shadex's services, including customer service, security, archiving and backup purposes;
· Monitor and analyze usage and trends of our services;
· Personalize services, such as by recommending friends or personal information, or customizing the content we show you, including advertising;

Verify your identity and prevent fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activities;
Use the information we collect from cookies and other technologies to enhance the services and your experience; and
· Enforce our Terms of Service and other usage policies.
Shadex allows you to share text messages, photos, screenshots, videos and other communications with other users within the Shadex application. If you choose to do so, your text messages, photos, screenshots, videos and other communications will not be stored on our servers. Sending and sharing text messages, photos, screenshots, videos or other communications within the Shadex application is your decision. By choosing to share this information, you should understand that you may no longer be able to control how the information is used and that the information may become publicly available (depending in part on your actions or the actions of others with whom you share the information). Shadex is not responsible for the use or misuse of any information you share.
3.2 Transfer and Storage
We operate and maintain servers in many jurisdictions around the world, so the servers used to store your personal information may not be in your jurisdiction.
You consent to the transfer of your personal information (in or outside your jurisdiction) for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
3.3 Sharing
Your information will be shared with others in the following ways:
Shadex Sharing
1) Anyone can view the public information in your profile. Please do not post or add personal information to your profile that you do not want to be public.
2) Your activity status or usage information will be collected and displayed to other users (for example, whether you are currently active on Shadex).
Sharing with Third-Party Partners
By using Shadex, you consent to the use, sharing and transfer of your personal information by third parties (in or outside your jurisdiction) as described in this Privacy Policy.
1) Measurement Partners.
We may share your information with third parties in anonymized and/or aggregated form for usage analytics (helping us better understand who is using our services and how they are using them), industry analysis, research and similar purposes.
2) Shadex Partners who provide services
Our service providers may access and use information that we work with to provide future services. These service providers have access to your information only to the extent necessary for us to provide services on their behalf and are obligated not to disclose it or use it for any other purpose. These providers collect information sent by your phone, tablet or desktop computer and their use of that information is governed by their applicable privacy policies.
3) Law Enforcement Authorities
We may share information about you if we are required (or we believe we are) to share information about you by law or legal process (such as a subpoena, warrant or court order), if we must respond to a lawful request from a legal authority to disclose such information, or if we need to enforce or apply this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service or other policies.
4) New Owners
If we are acquired by a third party or may reorganize our group structure, your information may be transferred within our group and/or to a third party that will continue to operate Shadex or a similar service, which will operate under this Privacy Policy or a different privacy policy and will notify you. The party receiving your personal information may be located outside of your jurisdiction and may use your information.
We will not transfer your personal information to any other third party for processing except as permitted by this Privacy Policy or with your explicit consent, or as required by law or legal process.
3.4 Security measures we take to protect your information

4.2 Deletion of personal information
You can request to cancel your account at any time in "Settings". Alternatively, you can also delete your account and information by contacting us directly using the contact information provided at the end of this Privacy Policy. After submitting your request, it may take us up to three days to verify and process your account cancellation.
Once your account is closed or cancelled, you will no longer have access to your message history, preferences, or any other information related to your use of our services. Even if you delete information from your account or profile, copies of that information may still be visible elsewhere, provided that it is shared with another user, distributed in accordance with your privacy settings, or has been copied or stored by another user. In addition, even after you close your account, we will retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including requests from law enforcement), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our Terms of Service. We will retain personal information after deregistration.
Because Shadex will be used in multiple jurisdictions, it may not be possible to identify all inconsistencies between certain provisions of this Privacy Policy and the applicable laws in your jurisdiction, and you agree to notify us immediately upon beShadex aware of such inconsistencies. In such cases, we will take the necessary steps to eliminate such inconsistencies, including deleting personal data that we improperly collected or used.
4.3 Manage device permissions
You can change your device system settings to manage device-specific permissions for data access and notifications. By doing so, you can prevent Shadex from accessing your device data and displaying notifications. However, please keep in mind that this may result in the loss of functionality of some services.
